Delete my account

You can delete your Kisan Dada account and its data at any time, in two ways.

In the app

AccountDelete my account

Tap the account icon at the top right of the home screen, then Delete my account, and confirm.

By writing to us

[PRIVACY CONTACT · FROM OWNER, O15]

Write “Delete my account” and the phone number on your account. We may call that number to confirm it is you.

What is deleted

  • Your name, phone number, village and crops
  • Photos, voice notes and call recordings
  • Your written advice and call history
  • Your wallet balance, including bonus

What is kept

The rows of your wallet ledger (amounts, dates, call references) are kept as financial records, without your name, for [PERIOD · FROM LAWYER, O14].

Before you delete

Unused paid balance is refundable on request; ask for it first. Bonus balance is not refundable. Deletion is finished within [DAYS · FROM LAWYER, O14].
