Two kinds of expert
Agronomist
Pests and disease, fertiliser, seed, water, weeds, weather damage: anything in the field.
Scheme advisor
Which government scheme may fit you, what papers you need, and where to apply.
The advisor shows the way. Only the government approves and pays.
What ₹10 gets you

If a call fails or is too short, the ₹10 goes back to your wallet by itself.

“पत्तियाँ नोक से पीली हो रही हैं, यह नाइट्रोजन की कमी लगती है। अगली सिंचाई के बाद यूरिया डालिए, मात्रा मैं लिखकर भेज रही हूँ।”The leaves are yellowing from the tip; this looks like a lack of nitrogen. Add urea after the next watering. I am sending the amount in writing.
“सरसों पर माहू है, पर अभी कम है। पहले पीले चिपचिपे कार्ड लगाइए। दस दिन में न घटे तो फिर कॉल कीजिए।”There is aphid on the mustard, but not much yet. Put up yellow sticky cards first. If it has not gone down in ten days, call again.
“किस्त रुकी है तो पहले ई-केवाईसी देखिए। यह आप पोर्टल पर या पास के सीएससी पर कर सकते हैं। पैसा हम नहीं दिला सकते, रास्ता बता सकते हैं।”If the instalment has stopped, check your e-KYC first. You can do it on the portal or at a nearby CSC. We cannot get you the money; we can show you the way.
